Fabio and Nadia live nearby while their parents live in a neighbouring property back of the villa. They access the garden for ordinary pool cleaning and grass watering which are carried out early in the morning or late evening.

The owners are very discreet but available for any requirement during your stay.

The luxury villa, garden and pool have been designed and built by Nadia’s parents: Angelo and Maria Teresa, a builder and a landscape architect, respectively.

The furnishings, parquet and finishes in wood, lava stone and terracotta have been chosen with great care. The beautiful handcrafted wooden doors and parquet are made of Afrormosia, an exotic hardwood among the most valuable in the world.
